You'll get a message
When the car's ready we'll text and email you. The message includes:
- A short summary of what was done
- Anything we noticed but didn't fix (advisories)
- A pay link if there's an invoice
Paying
Pay online via the link before you collect (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), or in person at the workshop by card or cash.
Collecting
Come during our normal opening hours. We'll hand over the keys, walk you through what was done, and answer any questions. If you've already paid online there's no till to wait at.
Something not right?
If anything doesn't feel right when you drive away, call us straight away. We'd rather have you back the same day to check than have you find out it's worse a week later.
