How to do it
The fastest way is to reply to the confirmation message we sent.
- Text — reply to the SMS with what you'd like to do.
- Email — reply to the booking confirmation email.
- Phone — call the workshop during opening hours.
Notice
There's no charge to move or cancel a booking. We just ask for as much notice as you can give — even a couple of hours helps. Last- minute cancellations make it hard to offer the slot to another customer.
Running late on the day
If you're stuck in traffic or running 15–20 minutes late, send us a text. We'll usually still be able to fit you in. If it'll be more like an hour, we may need to move you to a later slot.
