For most jobs the only thing we absolutely need is the car and a way to reach you. A few jobs need a little more.
Always bring
- The car itself, with at least a quarter of a tank if you can manage it (we can't road-test on empty).
- Your keys, including the locking-wheel-nut key if your car has alloy wheels.
- Your phone, so we can ring you when the car is ready or if we find something while we're working.
Bring if you have it
- The service book (or digital service record details) — useful for full services so we can stamp it.
- Any warranty documents if the car is under manufacturer or extended warranty.
- Previous MOT certificate if there were advisories last time you'd like us to check.
You don't need
You don't need a printed booking confirmation. We have your details in the system from the text/email you got when you booked.
